 My life before I came to the LOVE CENTER...

It was empty and full of depression.  I used drugs, mainly prescription drugs, but my life was going nowhere until I left all of that and came to the LOVE CENTER and met God for the first time.   Now, my life has meaning.  Prayer has new meaning to me and I read my bible every day.

The programs here at the LOVE CENTER are great!  There is something every day from morning worship to night classes.  I only wish God would have brought me here sooner.

 I came to the LOVE CENTER in July of 2000.  Actually, my coming here was by accident.   However, I've learned nothing happens in God's world by accident. 

Over the past 30 years, I'd make some very foolish and seemingly unimportant decisions.  One of them, picking up too many bottles, landed me in prison.  On release, with plans to go back to my old area, God had had the houses sold.  He'd also given a friend the number for the LOVE CENTER.  I called with no idea, blind faith, as to what or where I was going.  Since then my life has completely changed.  Realizing I'd forgotten God was the hardest part.  What was painful was knowing if I'd stayed close to Him, all this pain would never have been caused.

Coming to the LOVE CENTER reminded me of I Peter, 2nd Chapter, which I believe, is one of the cornerstones of the LOVE CENTER.

All I know is that God is going to be my pilot.  Where I'll go, I know not.   He will be at my side guiding me through!
